KCDA’s fundamental purpose as a non-profit purchasing cooperative is to serve its members by providing quality services and products at competitive prices. Our KCDA Supply Line eNews has been developed to alert members to new contracts, market or price changes, new products, upcoming conferences, and contracts that are nearing renewal.

Check Out Cart Reminder

Please remember to check out your parked carts to avoid delays in receiving your back to school orders. This will help to insure that KCDA has adequate stock levels on all your items needed for the start of the school year. KCDA will schedule your orders to arrive on the delivery date requested when you checkout your cart.

No Fault Returns

For the summer months our return policy has been extended, items shipped from the KCDA warehouse between June 1st and September 1st may be returned at no charge if KCDA is notified by October 1st. Please contact KCDA for this extension. After September 1st, within 30 days of purchase, you may return items shipped from the KCDA warehouse for any reason, full credit will be given with no restocking fee.

Exception: Restocking fees may apply on furniture and special order items that have shipped directly from the vendors.

Scheduled Delivery Program

Need paper, towels, tissues, or can liners delivered throughout the school year? KCDA’s Scheduled Deliver Program offers flexibility, fixed pricing, and local availability of items from our $8 million of inventory.

Place an order for the school year by your location and let us know when you would like to have it delivered. Pricing will be fixed at the time of order placement and based upon the total quantity ordered. Billing follows each shipment. If you find that you need more or less of an item, then simply call and we will adjust the delivery schedule. The forms can be found on our website www.kcda.org. Please click on Ordering Information and then click on Order Forms, complete the Scheduled Delivery Order Form, and send it along with your purchase order to KCDA, attention: Customer Service Department.
