Known Safari 1.0 Issues and
Workarounds
(All known issues can be fixed by
upgrading to OS X 10.3+ which comes with Safari 1.1+)
To
determine what version of Safari you are currently using:
Select “About Safari” from the “Safari” menu located in
the top left corner, this will display your version information
KNOWN ISSUES:
- The Cart manager screen does
not show changes to carts, new carts or other such changes after they are
done.

Manually
click the ‘reload page’ button or chose it from the ‘View’ menu (open apple
R). |

- Certain web pages don’t load
fully and/or properly, certain cart actions such as ‘check out cart’ do
not work.

Reason: |
Times
RO font incompatible with Safari. |

Workaround: |
Either;
change the font so that neither font is ‘Times New Roman’, which can be done
under the ‘Safari Menu’ by selecting “Preferences” or close Safari and delete
the Times RO font from your system before reopening it (instructions to
delete can be found by following the link to the workaround source). |
