The KCDA Hot Sheet has been developed to alert members to new contracts, market or price changes, and contracts that are nearing renewal.

School Start Up Orders
At the request of KCDA members, we now offer School Start-Up orders instead of the traditional Annual Orders.  Some very important things to remember:

  • Deadline
    Although there is no deadline for entering these orders, we recommend placing them as early as possible so that we can be certain to have all the items you need.

  • Discount
    Place your order prior to June 1, 2005 agree to take delivery in June or July and your invoice will reflect a 1% reduction in KCDA Service Fees for all items shipping from the KCDA Warehouse.

  • Billing
    Districts not utilizing accrual accounting can request 9/1 billing by e-mailing pbritz@kcda.org

  • Deferred
    If storage space is an issue, KCDA’s Deferred Orders may be the answer.  Let us know what items you need and when you would like them shipped, we will store them for you.  For more information contact customerservice@kcda.org
