New Services

Supply Link Upgrade
During the weekend of July 9, 2005 we will be installing new features on KCDA Supply Link.  The following descriptions and screen shots outline these improvements. 

• Delivery Date Desired
  We will be adding a pop-up calendar to this field making it easier for users to select the date they would like orders delivered. As in the past, we recommend entering today’s date if immediate delivery is requested.

• School Code
  For users ordering for more than one location in the district, a search field will now be available for easy entry of the correct district site

• Search Feature
  We have heard from KCDA members that although the site is easy to use, the search feature is an area needing attention. This upgrade will capture search words that do not bring up appropriate products. We will then be able to add these words to the database so that future searches will link the user to the correct items
  
  

• WesPac Financial Integration
  WSIPC WesPac integration is complete and available to beta sites.  WESPaC beta sites may contact their KCDA Field Representatives for training.  KCDA will work with members as WSIPC continues the WESPaC installations in 2006.
