Building or remodeling is an overwhelming responsibility.  These project management companies will help you every step of the way, from pre-planning to the satisfactory completion of an outstanding educational environment.  

 

What will they do? 

  • Needs Assessment – Help to evaluate your needs with an expert’s view of how to make the most of your education environment and budget.

  • Project Management – They will manage to insure on time delivery, installation and successful completion of your project.

  •  Vast product lines and manufacturers – Virtually all the items you will need to outfit a new school or remodeled classrooms are available under these programs.  . 

 

What has KCDA done?

  • KCDA has competitively bid not only the project management component, but also all of the furniture, equipment and classroom supplies needed for your project.

  • KCDA Capital Projects program will help you save with a reduced service fee for furniture and equipment. 

  • Additionally, KCDA commits to working closely with our members and vendors to ensure each project runs smoothly exceeding your expectations.
