Prior to joining KCDA, Thomas was the Purchasing Manager at Catholic Health Initiatives, one of the largest health care systems in the country.  Prior to that position, Thomas was a Procurement Project Manager at Microsoft as well as a Procurement and Materials Manager at Amazon. Thomas has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a degree in economics.
