- Customer makes out purchase order to Xerox Authorized Partner listed above & faxes (253-395-5402) or mails to KCDA. Fax the PO to Attn: Shawne Anderson, Purchasing Agent. Please do not e-mail.
If vendor has given the customer a proposal, the proposal must be included with the purchase order.
- KCDA verifies pricing matches the pricing on the KCDA website (vendor bid pricing)
- KCDA scans purchase order to vendor within 24-48 hours. If KCDA has questions regarding the pricing or model #, we will contact either the vendor or customer.
- The vendor will invoice the customer.
