Start-up order timeline
Please remind your
schools that this year there is no deadline for “school start
up orders” and that we highly recommend the following:
-
In order to ensure delivery before the
start of school, we encourage order placement prior to the
end of the school year. This will allow our Purchasing
Agents time to purchase, our warehouse time to receive,
pull, pack and reship items requested by your schools.
-
Be certain the delivery requested date is
clearly indicated on each order. On Supply Link when
creating a cart you can enter desired delivery date. As always,
we will confirm summer delivery dates with your administrative
office.
|
Important Note
For districts using cash accrual
accounting, requiring a 9/1 billing date, please e-mail pbritz@kcda.org
so we can enter that information into our database. |
