This Capital Projects and Facilities KCDA Hot Sheet has been developed to alert members to new contracts, market or price changes and to encourage feedback from our members.

Edulog
Edulog offers administrative software and services for schools districts.  These include:

  • Transportation: School Bus Routing, Enrollment Studies, Field Trip Management, Fleet Management

  • Boundary Planning: Demographic Analysis, School Redistricting Software, Onsite Consulting

 Atlas Track
Atlas Track holds the KCDA contract for synthetic courts, tracks and athletic fields.  Atlas has installed over 100 synthetic tracks and over 100 courts in Washington State alone.  As for athletic fields, Atlas has installed Field Turf both at Seahawk and Husky Stadiums.  The products available on this contract should meet the refurbishing or new installation needs of KCDA’s members.  For more information, please contact Dave Uglem at 425 251 8115, ext 143 or via email at duglem@kcda.org.

Capital Projects Program
Some of you may not be aware that KCDA offers a Capital Projects Program designed by School District to help save money on Capital purchases.  

KCDA’s Capital Project Program may be used by all sites within your district, allows you to issue purchase orders for 12 months, saves money through reduced service fees and holds invoices until items are delivered and approved by you.

  • 12 Month Volume           Service Fee

  • $50,000 - $100,000................... 6%

  • $100,000 - $250,000................. 4%

  • $250,000 - $500,000................. 3%

  • $500,000 - $750,000 ................ 2% 

  • $750,000 + ................. ............ 1%

The products that qualify under this program include

Appliances, Audio Visual Equipment, Carpet & Floor Coverings, copiers/duplicators/fax machines, Custodial Machines, Furniture, Interactive Classrooms , Maintenance and Bus Routing Software, Musical Instruments & Equipment, Playground Equipment & Matting Roofing, Science Equipment, Time and Attendance and Weight Training Equipment.
