Have you
ever had questions about your order, invoice or a product? Now
available on both Supply Link and
www.kcda.org is an electronic form called “Questions about
my order”. This form can be filled out and submitted
electronically or printed and faxed to KCDA.
With the
information you provide, our Customer Service Representatives
will research your question and get back to you with an answer.
To find
this form login to
www.kcda.org, click on Ordering/Supply Link and click on the
tab “Questions about my Order”. If you are logged into Supply
Link you can find the form on the home page.

Tips to Make your Job Easier
Product
Availability
Did you
know that when you check your cart out you will now get a
message indicating KCDA’s warehouse inventory levels?
For
example:
· If
all the KCDA items are in stock the message will say “all items
are available to ship”
· If
something is on back order the message will say “Item XXXXX is
on backorder and will ship at a later date. Do you want to
continue with checkout?”
If it is
not an item you need immediately, click OK and we will ship it
as soon as we receive our shipment, if you would like to edit
your cart select the cancel button. This will bring you back to
your cart and will display how many we have in inventory
allowing you to make changes as necessary.

If you would like to know when we will receive any product
please contact customer service at KCDA for an expected due
date.
Electronic Return
Authorization
Need to
return something? KCDA’s RMA form on line is an easy way to
request authorization to return a product and if needed, order a
replacement.
To find
this form login to
www.kcda.org, click on Ordering/Supply Link and click on the
tab “Return Authorization Request”. If you are logged into
Supply Link you can find the form on the home page.
Corporate
Express Contract
You might
notice items on KCDA Supply Link beginning with letters instead
of numbers. These are items KCDA has added to supplement our
existing line of products carried in our
Kent
warehouse. These items will SHIP FROM Corporate Express and
invoice from KCDA. Any questions you have about Corporate
Express items can be directed to customerservice@kcda.org.

KCDA Catalog
The KCDA
printed catalog for 2008 is currently being produced. Since the
cost for printing the catalog has risen to over $100,000 we will
be sending you one copy at the end of January. Should you find
you need more for staff members, please let us know.

cordially invites you to the annual KCDA Capital Projects Fair
for Members.
When:
Thursday, February 7th, 2008
Time: 9am
– 12:00 pm
KCDA
furniture, floor covering, field and track, communications,
playground and technology vendors will have products displayed
in the KCDA warehouse at 18639 80th Ave S, Kent WA
98032. To add to the excitement, each vendor has agreed to give
away a wonderful door prize. More information to follow in the
coming months.
