Program Details and Accommodations
For the KCDA team, the Vendor Expo is also one way to thank our existing and potential new members. We are pleased to offer complimentary coffee, morning snacks, lunch, and beverages throughout the event. Here is a schedule:
Thursday September 18th
- 10:00am: Trade Show floor opens--meet with vendors. Coffee, tea, and morning refreshments available to all
- 12:00–1:00pm: Lunch is provided for all. Exhibitor area is still open.
- 2:00pm: Vendor Expo concludes
Raffles and Giveaways
Vendors may host raffles and will be responsible for reaching out to the winner directly to present the prize. KCDA will have its own raffle which you will automatically be enrolled in when you check in at the registration or walk-in counters.
Remember to bring business cards to use as raffle entries!
