The KCDA Management Team is focused on addressing the procurement needs of our affiliated school districts and other public sector members.

KCDA Contract & Procurement Specialists issue over 90 bids annually based on the needs of members, fulfilling their bid requirements.

Our knowledgeable Customer Service team is ready to assist you with questions or inquiries regarding the wide range of products and services available through KCDA. Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday, toll-free at 800-422-5019.

Our experienced Field Representatives are ready and available to assist you on-site or over the phone with product inquiries or KCDA member training.

The Administrative Department keeps KCDA humming. All of the basic accounting functions are handled in this department.

The warehouse team supports our members by receiving, stocking and shipping over 13,000 catalog items from the KCDA warehouse in Kent, Washington.

Directs and coordinates all human resource activities.

The IS team keeps KCDA's technology current to support our members needs.
