In response to Washington Governor Jay Inslee’s “Stay at Home” directive, KCDA will remain open to provide essential support to our school districts and other public agency customers. To comply with social distancing requirements, our Customer Service, Purchasing and Accounting teams are currently working remotely and can best be reached by email.

If you would like to leave a phone message for a KCDA staff member and know the extension of the person you are calling, please enter 800-422-5019 and press 8. Placing or inquiring about a KCDA Order:

KCDA’s website is on-line and available 24/7 to address your supply needs. Please notify us via email of any special delivery times or location information that may be in place for your school district or public agency during this shutdown period.
